Strong Acid Cation Exchange System
The Cation Unit is designed to remove dissolved cations such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium and iron using strong acid cation exchange resin. It is typically used ahead of an anion exchange stage for demineralization, or on its own for softening and hardness reduction in industrial and commercial applications.
